Most great wines of the World in the Petit Palais

La journée a commencé dans les salons de l’Hôtel d’Evreux Place Vendôme entre professionnels comme tous les ans pour apprécier les retrouvailles de ce petit monde avec les joyaux de leurs propriétés… Ensuite, en fin de journée le Petit Palais a ouvert ses portes sur la plus belle dégustation au monde de Champagnes et de vins fins. Lafite, Mouton, Pétrus, Haut Brion, Latour, Margaux, Yquem, Romanée-Conti, Krug, Salon, Cristal, Barons de Rothschild… plus de 80 domaines et leurs cuvées inimitables! Barons de Rothschild présentait pour la première fois sa cuvée Vintage 2006, une bouteille très remarquée ! La suite s’est tenue dans les salons du Ledoyen sous la direction de Yannick Alleno (*** Michelin) qui a composé une partition impressionnante de plats inoubliables pour lesquels le Blanc de blancs Rothschild a ouvert les débats !
